Cache Property Management Pte Ltd (CPM) is the property manager of Cache Logistics Trust (CLT), a logistics property REIT listed on the Singapore Exchange since April 2010.
CPM currently manages 27 high quality warehouse logistics facilities in Singapore, Australia and China under CLT's asset portfolio, with a total GFA of 8.8 million square feet and a total asset value of S$1.33 billion. CPM was incorporated in Singapore in 2009.

Provided consultancy advices to the Manager in the terms and conditions of the Sale & Purchase Agreements as well as the Master Lease Agreements in the new acquisitions in Singapore.
Successfully objected the revised Annual Value of five properties resulting in saving in property tax.
