Director / Key Executive Officer / General Manager

Jimmy has more than 20 years of experience in real estate working on asset & property management, redevelopment, asset enhancement, leasing and acquisition negotiation across the various types of properties locally and overseas.

Jimmy was originally appointed as the General Manager of CPM and later transferred to head the Asset Management team of the Trust Manager before he returned to CPM. Jimmy continues to support Cache and as Cache’s portfolio grows, Jimmy is subsequently appointed as CPM’s Director and Key Executive Officer. During his tenure with CPM and Cache Logistics Trust, He strategized many leasing negotiations which achieved “win-win-win” situation with tenants and their customers, introduced operational procedures to ensure the properties are well managed and actively involved in all the new acquisitions.

Prior to joining CPM, Jimmy joined Mapletree Investment Pte Ltd – Industrial Unit as a Manager (Asset Management / Investment) managing the $1.7 billion industrial portfolio acquired from JTC Corporation under the Mapletree Industrial Trust listed in SGX. He was promoted to Senior Manager after 1 year of service and directly responsible for the EBITDA and occupancy of the Business Park buildings, Woodland Spectrum Stack-Up and some ther portfolio. He led his team to negotiate various leases one of which involve a 19 years lease with a US company who required the landlord to undertake a major A&A work to the premises. He led the project team and successfully addressed all the technical issues required by the US company. He also recommended many other asset enhancement initiatives for the portfolio during his tenure of which two of them were successfully completed by him.

Prior to that, he was the Property Manager with WBL Corporation managing properties in Singapore and Malaysia and before that, Jimmy was the Deputy Manager with JTC Corporation for 7 years where he was involved in the divestment exercise, operating budget planning & control, facilities management, industrial relocation as well as “Buy-Back” negotiation. He had also managed many other properties such as AIA Agency building, Parklane Shopping Mall, BatamIndo Industrial Park and Bayshore Park Condominium.

He holds a Master Degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor Degree (Hon) in Estate Management both from the University of Reading (UK), and a Diploma in Building Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnics. He is also holding the Real Estate Agency Licence issued by CEA.


Head, Finance & Leasing

David has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, internal control, tax and finance-related work. Prior to joining CPM, he was the Finance Manager with Chung Shan Plastics Pte Ltd and prior to that, the Finance Manager with Cambridge Industrial Property Management Pte Ltd, the Property Manager for Cambridge Industrial Trust, a REIT listed in SGX, where he was responsible for the initial set up of the Trust’s accounts and implementation of the full accounting system and was involved in all financial matters, internal control procedures as well as human resource & administrative matters.

David joined OCBC Property Services Pte Ltd for 10 years as a Senior Accounts Officer and later promoted to Assistant Finance Manager in charge of the statutory accounts of 10 related companies and reporting to Head, Finance and Corporate Secretarial. In addition, he was also responsible to develop internal control procedures and policies as well as improve systems and processes. Before this, he was the Accountant with Radac Pte Ltd in charge of statutory accounts for Singapore’s and Malaysia’s companies reporting directly to the Board of Directors. From 1984 to 1992, David was involved in financial audit, book-keeping, budgeting and financial reporting.

He graduated from Edith Cowan University (Perth, Western Australia) with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and holds a Diploma in Management Accounting & Finance from National Productivity Board. He is also a CEA qualified salesperson.


Manager, Procurement & Property Management

Des has over 15 years of experience in property, procurement and facilities management. She was originally appointed as a Senior Executive, later became Assistant Manager and subsequently appointed as Manager. She is responsible for procurement of Cache's portfolio across regions, annual budget for Cache portfolio's operating and capital expenditure and overseeing the Property Management function.

Before joining CPM, she worked with Jones Lang LaSalle and responsible for StarHub Green's management which includes advertising & promotion, A&A works and tenant relations. She was also involved in legal acquisition from due diligence to handing and taking over. During the transition period, she eased workforce integration between two landlords.

Prior to that, Des was the Tenant Relations Manager with Chambers International Group of Companies managing CPF building, responsible in ensuring that service gaps were rectified immediately and work closely with CPF staff and tenants to understand and manage their needs.

Des is a former Human Resource Specialist and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (dean's list) from Philippine Women's University. She is a qualified Site Main Controller/Site Incident Controller for Company Emergency Response Team and certified Work-At-Height Supervisor and Manager.
